"MEAT" at FRIGID Fest

This Winter, I will be directing a 60 minute cut of Robert Leverett’s new comedy MEAT at the Kraine Theater. MEAT will be presented as part of FRIGID Fest in February and March of 2022. Tickets and info available at this link. Robert and I are thrilled to be returning to this play after a zoom workshop of MEAT with Vox Lab in 2020 and a one-night scene reading with Paper Kraine in 2021. BLURB: At a luxury health facility, a staff of doctors, scientists, and robots assist patients' transition to a meat-free lifestyle, with the help of a blood-sucking tick whose bite induces a meat allergy in humans. Through spectacle, comedy, and a sci-fi spin, "Meat" questions our ability to create lasting change.

UPDATE: This production of MEAT has been postponed due to the Omicron variant. Thanks to everyone who has helped to support us through this period, and we will continue to post updates on future iterations of the project.
